describe The LTC6560 is a low noise, transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with 220MHz bandwidth. The LTC6560's low noise, high transimpedance and low power consumption make it ideal for LIDAR receivers employing avalanche photodiodes (APDs). The LTC6560 features 74k¦¸ transimpedance gain and a 30µA linear input current range. When using an input circuit with a total input capacitance of 2pF, the input current noise density is 4.8pA/¡ÌHz. (at 200MHz). Noise and bandwidth are further improved by using lower capacitance. The LTC6560 operates from a single 5V supply and consumes only 90mW. Using the LTC6560's output multiplexer, multiple LTC6560 devices can be combined into a single output. The LTC6560's fast overload recovery and fast output multiplexing make it ideal for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs. Its single-ended output can swing 2VP-P into a 100¦¸ load. Its low-impedance op-amp output is designed to drive back-terminated 50¦¸ cables. .
